While away from the office, Rick enjoys traveling with his family. They enjoy cruise vacations in the Caribbean and road trips throughout California. His wife, Kelli, is a former elementary school teacher in the San Ramon Valley Schoold District and now runs her own small business as a private tutor for young students. His son, Gavin, is quickly approaching his Terrible Two's and just loves airplanes and trucks.
